Join weaver and artist Dee Clements for a simple round woven basket workshop using reed! In this workshop, you'll learn to create a small basket from start to finish, including how to begin the base, build the side walls, use two basic weaving techniques, and finish with a border rim. 1lb skein of round reed is included in the workshop fee, and no prior experience is necessary. Each participant will be able to bring their basket and reed home.
Materials Provided by Instructor
Students Should Bring: A lunch and a bag or box to transport work and materials home.
