FAQs

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please carefully consider your commitment before registering, as space is limited and preparation begins well in advance.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the workshop start date will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable, as materials and planning costs have already been incurred.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or same-week cancellations.

We understand that emergencies happen. While we are unable to offer exceptions to the refund policy, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or resell your spot to another person. We will do our best to assist in filling your spot, but cannot guarantee a replacement.

By registering, you agree to these terms.

Inherent Risk, Health and Safety

All participants in our onsite studio workshops are required to acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of engaging in hands-on, physical activities within an active art and craft studio. To enroll, you must sign a liability waiver, which provides a detailed description of the risks associated with participating in a class, workshop, or intensive. All students registered for workshop will be required to sign the appropriate waiver prior to participation

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or have been exposed to something that could pose a risk to others (e.g., bedbugs, COVID, etc.), please contact us immediately. We ask all participants to prioritize the health of the group and our shared space.
