Slath Circle
Welcome to The Weaving Workshop's Slath Founders Circle
The Weaving Workshop is proud to be fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts service organization. Through this partnership, tax-deductible donations from our community can directly support The Weaving Workshop as we build toward becoming an independent nonprofit arts and craft school in Chicago.
We invite you to join our community of founding supporters during this pivotal stage of growth. Our goal is to raise $60,000 through tax-deductible contributions to fund three years of essential operating expenses and provide financial aid for scholarship students.
By securing these foundational expenses through community support, workshop revenue can be reinvested into the heart of our mission: expanding educational programming, purchasing materials, fairly compensating teaching artists, and increasing access to high-quality art and craft education led by practicing artists.
Every gift, regardless of size, helps ensure that The Weaving Workshop continues to grow as a welcoming place for learning, creativity, and connection.
We hope you'll consider becoming a founding member of the Slath Founders Circle by making a tax-deductible donation through our fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas. Together, we can build a lasting home for contemporary art and craft education in Chicago.
